Returns and exchanges may be initiated within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Items must be returned unused and in the same condition as it was received in order to be accepted. In addition, items must also be returned in their original packaging.

All of our pieces are crafted in our small studio on a made-to-order basis. Therefore, your item may take up to 3 weeks to arrive at its destination.

• Store your bag in its designated KWENTI dust bag and box when not in use

• Avoid using harsh chemicals or cleaners on your bag as they can degrade your bag over time. If you wish to clean your bag, we suggest using warm water and a soft cloth to wipe the surface.
